Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Upton, Massachusetts

This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to provide specialized support within a high school setting. Serving approximately 5-6 high school students, you will deliver expert consulting services to empower educators and support individual education plans (IEPs). Your insights will directly impact students’ progress and success in the academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation to staff working with high school students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings to offer data-driven recommendations
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience supporting high school-age students with behavioral needs
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and application in educational settings
• Skilled in preparing and contributing to IEP meetings
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Location and Schedule:

• Position based in Upton, MA
• Part-time commitment of 10-15 hours per month
• Contract position for the full school year (NSY)
