Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Waukesha, Wisconsin

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought to provide specialized consultation and behavioral support within an elementary school setting. Located in Waukesha, WI, this role focuses on supporting teachers and addressing behavioral challenges among students from kindergarten through sixth grade during the spring semester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with educators to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide training and support to teaching staff on behavioral techniques and classroom management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate documentation related to behavioral interventions and outcomes

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with elementary school students (K-6)
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and methods
• Ability to communicate effectively with educators, parents, and team members
• Flexibility to provide per diem consulting services, approximately 40 hours for the spring semester, with potential for additional hours
