A full-time BCBA opportunity is available at a K-12 school in West New York, NJ, for the 2025-2026 academic year. This onsite contract role runs from September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026, with a standard work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In this position, you will manage a caseload of 2-3 classrooms, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on supporting students with special needs. Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating closely with educational team members—including special education teachers, related service providers, and school administrators—to ensure ABA principles are effectively implemented across the program.

Qualifications and experience desired:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices in school settings
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing tailored BIPs
  • Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary education teams
  • Familiarity with K-12 special education environments preferred
