An immediate opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a K-12 school setting in Willoughby, OH. This contract position spans the current school year and offers a chance to apply advanced behavior analysis techniques in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide oversight across all behavior programming areas.
- Train direct support professionals, consultants, and trainers in person-centered strategies and ABA methodologies.
- Develop and implement behavior and treatment plans focused on antecedent strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Oversee programming by associate behavior analysts and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in executing and documenting Behavior Support Plans.
- Facilitate and follow-up on training using discrete trial training and natural environment teaching models.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Ohio BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in behavior-based services preferred.
