A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at a K-12 school serving students aged 5-22 in Woonsocket, RI. This role operates on a contract basis throughout the current school year, providing meaningful support within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students based on assessments and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote effective behavior strategies and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide ongoing training and support to school staff.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards for behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health or eligible to obtain licensure within six months.
  • Experience working with children and young adults aged 5-22 in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in achieving their educational goals.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (full-time)
