Behavioral Specialist in School Setting | Andover, Minnesota

This position involves providing specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. The role is critical in enhancing student success by implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with educational staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote effective strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working within a K-12 educational setting.

Schedule and Duration:
