This position involves providing specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. The role is critical in enhancing student success by implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with educational staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote effective strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working within a K-12 educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation.

Schedule and Duration:
