An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This contract position is tailored for individuals with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student requirements.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify and understand student behaviors.
• Perform observational assessments to gather data and inform intervention strategies.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of ABA techniques.
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
