Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Valid license or certification in social work, mental health, psychology, behavior analysis, or a similar discipline.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in learning and behavior analysis, mental health, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful experience in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis and support to students, creating tailored interventions to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' behavioral and educational requirements.
- Facilitate training and workshops for staff on behavioral techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions in compliance with school policies.
