In a supportive educational environment, professionals will provide essential mental health services to students across all grade levels. This role focuses on offering targeted interventions and assessments to promote student well-being and academic success.

Location: Hohenwald, TN

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, along with crisis support and brief interventions.
  • Conduct behavioral threat, suicide, and psychosocial assessments as required.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to identify and support at-risk students.
  • Engage in ALT, IEP, or 504 meetings as appropriate, contributing to comprehensive student support plans.
  • Implement tiered mental health support in line with the Tennessee Framework for Student Supports (TN-FSS).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health or related field; applicable licenses such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or temp license accepted.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
