Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments, interventions, and supports based on ABA principles to students requiring behavior services.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and deliver targeted therapy to address communication disorders in an elementary school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals and implement individualized education plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy or behavioral plans to meet educational objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working within elementary education settings preferred.
