Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments, interventions, and supports based on ABA principles to students requiring behavior services.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and deliver targeted therapy to address communication disorders in an elementary school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals and implement individualized education plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy or behavioral plans to meet educational objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
