Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
• Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between school buildings as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavior analytic services to students and staff.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and inform intervention strategies.
• Manage a small caseload, ensuring personalized support and positive outcomes.
