This opportunity is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a K-12 special education setting in Naperville, IL. The position is a contract role spanning the 2025-2026 school year, from September 8, 2025, through May 28, 2026. The role is ideal for professionals experienced in behavior analysis and passionate about improving educational outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust interventions based on data and student responsiveness.
  • Provide training and support to school staff to promote positive behavioral supports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensure to practice as a BCBA in Illinois, including a master’s degree in a relevant field, completion of supervised fieldwork, and successful BACB exam completion.
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to submit documentation of BCBA certification when applying.
