Seeking an experienced Behavior Specialist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in New Castle, DE. This contract position is for the current school year and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze student behavior to develop effective intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement behavior strategies
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related role within K-12 schools
