Seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment located in New Castle, DE. This contract position is available for the current school year (CSY) and focuses on providing effective behavioral interventions and support to enhance student success and promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions and improve outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:
