Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing student needs

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students
  • Collaborate with educational staff to implement BIPs and monitor student progress
  • Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in behavioral techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student behavior and progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
