This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work within a school setting near Oxford, AL. The position involves supporting school-age students by implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with educators and therapists to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions for students
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and school staff
- Implement individualized plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Active license or certification valid in Alabama
- Experience working with school-age children is highly desirable
- Skills related to Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in healthcare, pediatrics, or school settings are a plus
- Knowledge of pediatric speech-language therapy and clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience beneficial
