Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) License
• Proven experience working with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of educational policies and procedures regarding special education
• Onsite availability required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Provide training and support to teaching staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other required documentation processes.
