Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) License
- Proven experience working with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures regarding special education
- Onsite availability required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Provide training and support to teaching staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other required documentation processes.
