This full-time position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting the Meadowood Program serving K-8 students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. The role is based onsite in Wilmington, DE within a K-12 school district, running from ASAP through June 12, 2026. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans aligned with students’ individualized needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to assess progress and adjust behavior plans accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral strategies and supports.
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware licensure, preferably with school-based experience.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Experience working with students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
