An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional to provide essential behavioral analysis support within an educational setting. This role is designed for individuals with expertise in applied behavior analysis, specifically within an elementary school environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform treatment plans

Location:
Aurora, IL

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on the implementation of BIPs
• Deliver direct services to students requiring behavioral interventions, three days a week
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions
