Schools Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) 2023/2024- Newton, New Hampshire

Location: Newton, New Hampshire

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newton, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and parents/caregivers on implementing treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists) as needed
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings
• Maintain client records and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to travel within the Newton area
