Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid COTA licensure for Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

- Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, special education staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students as directed by an Occupational Therapist
- Support students in building fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills within the school environment
- Document student progress and therapy interventions in compliance with school and state requirements
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and modifications
- Utilize creative and engaging therapy activities tailored to each student
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to maximize student participation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress reports
