Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload.
- Collaborate closely with two virtual occupational therapists to deliver coordinated care.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at improving students' functional skills and educational participation.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies and licensing requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary planning sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience working within school settings, ideally with K-12 students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with therapists and educators remotely.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing a full-time caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy support and telehealth environments is advantageous.
