A part-time opportunity is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support an elementary school caseload. This position offers 20-25 hours per week, serving students onsite with school-based occupational therapy support. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 12, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to an elementary school caseload
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals
- Participate in progress monitoring and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Maintain compliance with all state licensure and school-based therapy requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
- Proven experience working in school-based settings, preferably within an elementary school environment
- Ability to work onsite consistently and engage with the school community
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
