A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is sought for the 2025–2026 school year to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a school environment, providing therapeutic services that enhance student participation and performance.

Location:

  • Glendale, Arizona

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Assist in fostering skill development that supports academic and daily living activities for students

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently
