Teacher of the Deaf | Jacksonville, Texas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Deaf or Hard of Hearing (if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and assessment methods for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other relevant communication methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience teaching in K-12 settings preferred
