A full-time Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist position is available at a school in Little Falls, MN, running from late August through the end of May. This role supports students aged birth to 22 across multiple buildings serving all member districts, providing specialized instruction and services to meet diverse educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction and support for deaf and hard of hearing students across birth to age 22.
  • Collaborate effectively with educational teams across various buildings.
  • Manage and organize a diverse caseload independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor and document student progress, ensuring consistent follow-through on interventions.
  • Serve as a resource for families, educators, and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education.
  • Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, ranging from early intervention through secondary education.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and self-motivation.

  • Little Falls, Minnesota – work spans all buildings serving multiple member school districts.
