Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Diagnostician, School Psychology, or a related field
- Certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician in the state of Alabama
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in assessment and intervention
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct educational assessments and evaluations for students
- Analyze student data to identify learning difficulties and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide guidance to parents and educators regarding assessment results and recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
