An established K-12 educational institution in Tyler, TX is seeking a skilled Educational Diagnostician for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity to engage directly with students, educators, and families in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student learning needs and disabilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Interpret assessment results to inform instructional strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and educational regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Location and Schedule:
- Onsite position based in Tyler, TX 75710.
- 37.5 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year.
