Diagnostician - Lindale, Texas

A K-12 public school is seeking a skilled Educational Diagnostician to support students across grades K-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers 37.5 hours per week in Tyler, TX. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Experience conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
• Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and eligibility criteria
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough psychological and educational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services
• Interpreting evaluation data and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with school teams and families to provide recommendations and support for student success
• Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Providing ongoing consultation and guidance to educational staff regarding assessment results and student needs
