English as a Second Language (ESL) Gen Ed Teacher - Antioch, Tennessee

An opportunity is available for an ESL teacher to support English Learners in a K-12 school setting in Antioch, TN for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position runs for the full school year and provides an engaging teaching environment with approximately 15 students in the caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction tailored to English Learners at various proficiency levels in both individual and small-group formats
• Adapt and differentiate curriculum to scaffold learning and ensure access to grade-level content across subjects
• Employ diverse teaching strategies, including multimedia and technology, to address a spectrum of language abilities and learning styles
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet evolving needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Valid ESL endorsement for grades K-8 in Tennessee
• Experience in providing targeted ESL instruction preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Work Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Position is based in Antioch, Tennessee
