Substitute Teacher in Boston, MA

An opportunity is available for a certified Early Childhood General Education Teacher to provide full-time long-term substitution from November through April. This role supports young learners in an early childhood educational setting within Boston, MA.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive general education instruction aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
• Managing daily classroom activities and fostering a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborating with school staff and families to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Early Childhood teaching certification is required.
• Experience or strong familiarity with early childhood education best practices.
• Ability to engage and support a caseload of young children effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
