This opportunity is for a PreK Teacher in an elementary school setting, focusing on students from PreK through Grade 2. The role will be based in a school located in Des Plaines, IL, with a contract duration from February 2, 2026, to June 5, 2026, including possible emergency days. This full-time position involves approximately 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction to PreK through Grade 2 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings.
- Implement curriculum and assessments aligned with educational standards.
- Support students’ social and emotional growth alongside academic development.
Qualifications and Experience:
