Role: High School – Science Teacher

We are now accepting applications for the role of a High School – Science Teacher for the 2023 to 2024 school year.

Work responsibilities include:

• Enable students to meet or exceed district standards using effective teaching techniques, materials, and integration of technology, in the classroom.
• Develop and implement strategies for instruction based on current research which are aligned to curriculum, standards, and benchmarks.
• Communicate standards and benchmarks to students routinely and provide appropriate and timely feedback to students regarding their work.
• Use effective and age-appropriate techniques which promote students personal/social adjustment, positive peer relations, and decision-making skills.
• Identify and evaluate all student needs on a continual basis through data analysis.
• Assume professional responsibility for the organization, management, and progress of students under their authority.
• Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Licensures and Requirements:

• State of Wyoming – teacher certification
• Science Generalist Endorsement/Other Science Endorsement on License
