Qualifications:
- Active PPS credential and LMFT or LCSW license
- Experience in providing therapy in school settings
- Strong understanding of ERMHS regulations and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to generate legally defensible reports
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Location:
Beaumont, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide ERMHS therapy to students, ensuring tailored support for their individual needs
- Conduct assessments and develop IEPs in collaboration with educational staff
- Generate and maintain legally defensible reports documenting student progress and needs
- Work closely with a team of six professionals across multiple school sites
- Serve as a resource for teachers and parents regarding student mental health and well-being
- Manage a caseload of 20-25 students, facilitating effective therapeutic interventions
