Qualifications:

  • Active PPS credential and LMFT or LCSW license
  • Experience in providing therapy in school settings
  • Strong understanding of ERMHS regulations and IEP processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to generate legally defensible reports
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

Location:
Beaumont, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ERMHS therapy to students, ensuring tailored support for their individual needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop IEPs in collaboration with educational staff
  • Generate and maintain legally defensible reports documenting student progress and needs
  • Work closely with a team of six professionals across multiple school sites
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and parents regarding student mental health and well-being
  • Manage a caseload of 20-25 students, facilitating effective therapeutic interventions
