Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong understanding of IEPs and related documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ needs to develop tailored occupational therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities that promote motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights regarding student needs and outcomes.
