Providing occupational therapy services to elementary school students, this full-time, in-person position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT professional preparing for the 2025-2026 school year. The role requires delivering therapeutic support to a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students’ occupational therapy needs within the school setting
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based OT services
  • Familiarity with home health, healthcare, and teletherapy OT practices is advantageous but role is strictly in-person
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students spanning Pre-K to 12th grade
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting student development in a collaborative educational environment

Position Details:

  • Location: Auburn, WA
  • School level: Elementary with caseload spanning Pre-K through 12th grade
  • Assignment duration: September 3, 2025 – June 16, 2026 (2025/2026 School Year)
  • Work schedule: 35 hours per week, full-time, on-site
  • Contract: Non-permanent school year position
  • No virtual or teletherapy options; position requires on-site presence
