Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate student participation in classroom activities, emphasizing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
• Modify tasks and environments to align with individual student needs.
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as required.
• Produce clear and comprehensive reports based on student assessments and observations.
• Develop and maintain IEP objectives and accommodations in collaboration with educational staff.
• Communicate effectively with parents and peers regarding students’ developmental progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois state license in occupational therapy.
