This itinerant role involves providing therapeutic services across multiple schools to support students' developmental and functional needs. The position is contract-based for the current school year (CSY), offering consistent engagement within an educational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop and write Eligibility Team Reports (ETRs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering occupational therapy services tailored to students’ needs across various grade levels
- Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure quality and effective service delivery
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and inclusion
Qualifications:
- Active occupational therapy license and certification in the state of Ohio
