Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and execution
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to varying caseloads

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs addressing students’ physical, cognitive, and sensory needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant educational laws and school policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions and integrate therapy into students’ daily academic routines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student growth and success
- Offer consultative support to staff and family members on strategies for optimal student outcomes
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of therapy services within the school
