Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in OT or related field
• Current state licensure as an OT
• Experience working with children in a school setting, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and assessments
• Commitment to student success and wellbeing

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement IEPs
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
• Educate staff and families on the importance of occupational therapy and strategies to support students
