An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school environment for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position, based in Sedona, AZ, involves working with a diverse caseload of 50 to 60 preschool to eighth-grade students, alongside a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of therapeutic practices in educational environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Sedona, Arizona
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Implement therapy interventions aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
- Provide guidance and support to the COTA as part of the therapy team
