Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active or pending Vermont Occupational Therapy license, with the ability to apply for one
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred, though not required
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Chester, VT
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ needs for occupational therapy
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual students
- Document progress and outcomes as part of compliance requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Provide both direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
