Occupational Therapist School Setting - Eatonville, WA

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an elementary school setting in Eatonville, WA. This in-person contract role offers a professional opportunity to provide specialized OT services across a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct occupational therapy services to approximately 50 students with varying needs
• Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting evaluations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school and district policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Familiarity with pediatric developmental and therapeutic techniques
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35 hours per week within the school environment
