Occupational Therapist School Setting in Everett, WA

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to provide district-wide itinerant services for students ranging from 3 to 21 years of age in a K-12 school setting. The role begins on November 17, 2025, and concludes on June 17, 2026, with a contract spanning the current school year.

This position requires delivering therapy services across multiple school sites, supporting a caseload of approximately 35 students. The typical work schedule consists of 7.5 paid hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday, totaling an 8-hour shift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support student participation and access to the educational environment.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated supports.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.
• Providing services across multiple locations as an itinerant therapist.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Current Washington State certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential.
• At least one year of school-based occupational therapy experience.
• Completed fingerprinting and background checks as required.
• Residency and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Submission of two completed supervisory references prior to starting.
• Ability to work in person for the full contract duration.
