A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to serve a K-12 school district in Everett, WA, supporting students aged 3 to 22 across district-wide sites. This contract role runs from the current school year through June 12, 2026, including the 2026-2027 school year, and requires onsite presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing therapeutic intervention and support to a caseload of approximately 70 students
  • Collaborating with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Participating in team meetings, assessments, and progress monitoring activities
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations and educational guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as an OT within a school setting
  • Ability to manage a large caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to serving a diverse student population across all grade levels
