Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and best practices in pediatrics.

Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop tailored occupational therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring occupational therapy.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in staff meetings and Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to enhance educational practices.
