Occupational Therapist School Setting - Fremont, CA

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-8 educational facility located in Fremont, CA. This contract opportunity spans the entire school year, beginning ASAP, serving a student caseload from kindergarten through 8th grade.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions aligned with individual student needs.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and inclusion.
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team efforts.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license and certification.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services within school settings.
• Ability to manage a K-8 caseload proficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and practices.
