Responsibilities:

• Manage caseloads and deliver direct occupational therapy services to students.
• Create and implement individualized service schedules.
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, advocating for student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation through SEIS and Service Tracker systems.
• Conduct assessments as required to determine student eligibility for services.

Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapy license in California.
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
• AT/AAC training is a plus.
