Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads and deliver direct occupational therapy services to students.
- Create and implement individualized service schedules.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, advocating for student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation through SEIS and Service Tracker systems.
- Conduct assessments as required to determine student eligibility for services.
Qualifications:
- Valid occupational therapy license in California.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
- AT/AAC training is a plus.
