Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapist, licensed to practice and qualified to supervise a COTA if needed
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Skills in fine motor intervention, teletherapy, and supporting students with mixed caseloads
- Experience working with ages 3–18
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services across three school sites, including Extended School Year (ESY) dates
- Support diverse caseloads, collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Supervise and mentor COTA staff as needed
- Document progress and develop individual therapy plans
- Engage in both on-site and teletherapy services
