Occupational Therapist – School Setting
Location: Gresham, OR (with work days in nearby Gladstone and Estacada)

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to provide services in a K-12 school environment. This contract position runs from September 1 through November 23, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and fit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to students with various disabilities across the K-12 spectrum
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and school requirements
• Assist with preparing equipment and adapting environments to support student needs

Schedule:

• Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Gladstone
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Estacada

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for the state of Oregon
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and special education law

This role offers an opportunity to impact students’ educational experiences through targeted occupational therapy services. The position is on a seasonal contract with potential for extension.
